'FlavorLoom' started with a single ambition: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-managed locale with recipes passed down for generations.

Tony Romano, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journeys across Italy, learning from skilled pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of quintessential Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and premium ingredients.

What started out as a humble pizzeria with just 12 seats has flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to craftsmanship and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to utilize traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose the top-tier ingredients available.

Nowadays, 'FlavorLoom' is still under familial ownership, with the second generation of the Romano clan steering our enthusiastic crew. While we have welcomed modern advancements, the core of our enterprise stays true: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that gathers people together.
